Product Application/Product Application
1.Range The automobile generator is the main power source of the automobile. Its function is to supply power to all electrical equipment (except the starter) when the engine is running normally, and to charge the battery at the same time. On the basis of the three-phase stator winding of the ordinary alternator, the number of winding turns is increased and the terminal is led out, and a set of three-phase bridge rectifier is added. At low speed, the original winding and the increasing winding are output in series, and at higher speed, only the original three-phase winding is output。
2.The generator overrun pulley is different from the traditional rigid pulley. OAP only allows the pulley to rotate in one direction, which can significantly extend the service life of each accessory system component. In many motor systems and modern engines of smaller cars, rigid pulleys cannot effectively reduce the irregular vibration of the accessory system. Irregular vibrations can damage the accessory system and even cause the engine to be completely scrapped.
OAP can minimize such vibrations, so that the friction of belts and other accessory system components is greatly reduced, which can significantly extend the service life.
OAP can make cars run more smoothly, reduce noise significantly, greatly increase the efficiency of generators, and reduce fuel consumption.
In order to ensure that the OAP can work normally, it is recommended to perform a regular inspection every 10,000 kilometers, and it is recommended to use the original OAP when replacing it.
3.The starter can convert the electrical energy of the battery into mechanical energy and drive the flywheel of the engine to start the engine. Before the engine runs on its own power, it must be rotated by external force. The process of the engine transitioning from a static state to being able to run on its own by means of external force is called engine starting
4.The cooling system of the automobile engine is a forced circulation water cooling system, that is, a water pump is used to increase the pressure of the cooling liquid, and the cooling liquid is forced to circulate in the engine. The cooling system is mainly composed of water pumps, radiators, cooling fans, compensation water tanks, thermostats, water jackets in the engine block and cylinder head, and auxiliary devices.
5.The automobile air-conditioning compressor is the heart of the automobile air-conditioning refrigeration system, which plays the role of compressing and transporting refrigerant vapor. Compressors are divided into two types: immutable displacement and variable displacement. According to different working principles, air-conditioning compressors can be divided into fixed displacement compressors and variable displacement compressors.
According to different working methods, compressors can generally be divided into reciprocating and rotary types. Common reciprocating compressors include crankshaft connecting rod type and axial piston type, and common rotary compressors include rotary vane type and scroll type.
